Return & Refund Policy
We offer a 30-Day Replacement Policy if the product delivered is physically damaged, has missing parts, or is different from the description.
Conditions: The item must be in its original condition, with all accessories and packaging intact.
Refunds: Once we receive and inspect the returned item, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
Note: Returns are not accepted for "change of mind" or software-related issues after the inspection period.
"In case of any technical issue during the warranty period, the customer is required to bring the laptop to our store or courier it to us for service. Courier charges will be borne by the customer."
